Noël Ruault, principal of Black Bao Studio, is responsible for the content of this website and for the publication of ZooStats and its asset packs.
Hosting
This website is served as static files via GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States). The site executes no server-side code, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or tracking.
Payment processing
Purchases of asset packs are processed by Polar Software, Inc. (operating as Polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record for transactions, including VAT collection and remittance within the EU. Polar's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the payment portion of the transaction in addition to ours. We receive a payout net of fees and taxes, and a customer record limited to the information needed to deliver the digital download (email and order line items).
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are available by email and aim to resolve any dispute within ten (10) business days.
